Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Yield Control Technology Engineer II or Senior Yield Control Technology Engineer to support CD-SEM sales activities. Qualifications

BS degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related fields or equivalent combination of education and semiconductor industry work experience.
Must have and retain valid driver's license in resident state and be insurable.

Responsibilities

Technical product support for CD-SEM tools sales activities.
Provide applications support for customers through recipe automation audits.
Provide technical advice to the Marketing department for sales and trade shows.
Development of training and demonstration materials.
Review of training and demonstration materials for technical accuracy.
Set and keep appropriate schedules for training on the assigned customer site.
Provide highly detailed documentation for the purpose of customer and/or Field Service Engineer training.
