Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. seeks a Yield Control Technology Engineer II or Senior YCTE to deliver technical product support for CD-SEM tools, perform customer training, and develop training materials. The role may require significant travel and hybrid onsite work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years (YCTE II) or 6+ years (Senior YCTE) in semiconductors, with hands-on Hitachi CD-SEM experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM or equivalent combination of education and semiconductor industry work experience.
• Must have and retain valid driver’s license in resident state and be insurable.
• Two years (YCTE II) or six years (Senior YCTE) of semiconductor industry work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Hitachi CD-SEM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support for CD-SEM tools sales activities.
• Provide applications support for customers through recipe automation audits.
• Develop training and demonstration materials with technical accuracy.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for support and training.
• Create, update, and provide detailed documentation for training and customer use.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and resolve complex problems.
