Job summary

Experian is seeking a Client Support Analyst to partner with a high-profile client during year-end operations. This remote, client-facing role blends relationship management, data oversight, and project coordination to ensure accurate, compliant processing.

You will manage end-to-end case work, validate and deliver year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099, PR, T4 RL1), lead client meetings, and collaborate across Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Excel to maintain timely, error-free results from October through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Services or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise clients in regulated industries.
• Experience with US/Canada tax forms and year-end processing.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to lead trainings and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client case management across multiple systems.
• Support year-end tax form processing by validating, formatting, QA'ing, and delivering files.
• Serve as primary client contact in status meetings, leading calls and providing summaries.
• Use Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel and internal trackers to manage deliverables.
• Troubleshoot production/data issues and collaborate across teams for accuracy.
• Support peak year-end processing from October through February, including extended hours.
