Job summary

Experian is seeking a Client Support Analyst to partner with a high-profile client during critical year-end operations. The role combines client relationship management, data oversight, project management, and production accuracy while working remotely.

You will coordinate end-to-end case management, validate and deliver tax form files (W-2 GU, 1099, T4 RL1, etc.), lead status meetings, and ensure timely, error-free processing from October through February.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Services.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients in regulated industries.
• Proficient with payroll year-end processing (W-2, 1099, T4 RL1).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Smartsheet expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client case management across multiple systems.
• Support year-end tax form processing for US and Canadian forms.
• Lead client status meetings and provide high-touch communications.
• Troubleshoot data and processing issues to ensure accuracy.
• Support peak year-end processing from Oct through Feb, including extended hours.
