Job summary

Z Modular, part of the Zekelman Industries family, is seeking an Intern, Yardi Administrator to support the administration and optimization of our property management technology platforms. This role will help ensure accurate property setup, system configuration, and day-to-day support activities that contribute to efficient multifamily operations.

The internship may be based in Chandler, AZ or performed remotely. May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in technology administration and property management systems.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring new properties, users, and system settings within Yardi platforms.
• Support property onboarding activities by entering and validating system data.
• Monitor and respond to Yardi-related support tickets under guidance.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting solutions.
