Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for the xPL Offsite division. The role focuses on designing mechanical systems for offsite manufactured components, developing flow diagrams, selecting equipment, and producing high-quality drawings using Revit and Inventor.

The position requires a PE license and ABET-accredited ME degree with at least 6 years of design experience, along with strong communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree is required.
• PE licensure and active accreditation are required.
• Minimum 6 years of mechanical design experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems for offsite manufacturing and modular components.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate OSM mechanical systems.
• Create detailed drawings using Revit and Inventor.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Oversee producibility, installation, and site alignment of designs.
