Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of wrap‑up insurance or construction risk.
• Experience managing OCIP/CCIP programs.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Excess Liability.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Property & Casualty License.
• Experience brokering wrap‑up insurance programs.
• Advanced knowledge of construction risk financing.
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for OCIP/CCIP clients.
• Identify risk exposures and design cost-effective wrap-up solutions.
• Evaluate project eligibility and determine appropriate wrap-up strategies.
• Manage program structure, coverage design, and carrier strategy.
• Broker Owner’s Interest and project‑specific insurance placements.
• Review construction contracts and develop wrap‑up manuals and documentation.
• Oversee contractor enrollment, compliance tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll audits, reporting, and administrative functions.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting, premiums, and collateral.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and program compliance.
• Coordinate claims activity with brokers, carriers, adjusters, and TPAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support new business opportunities and program expansion.
• Lead training sessions for project teams and contractors.
• Analyze loss experience and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
