Job summary

LUZA Group is seeking a Workplace Services Engineer L2 to support end-user computing across desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops. The role focuses on packaging, deployment, patch management, and configurations to keep systems running at SLA levels.

Ideal candidates are USA residents with 2–4 years in EUC/endpoint operations, PowerShell scripting skills, ITIL v4 Foundations, and familiarity with ServiceNow. Remote work is possible, with equipment provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in EUC / endpoint operations.
• Scripting using PowerShell.
• Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundations.
• USA resident.

Responsibilities

• Keep end-user computing estate running to SLA with desktops, laptops and virtual desktops.
• Package & deploy standard software packages to portal; execute mass deployments and re-imaging.
• Patch OS, drivers and security patches per plan to meet patching SLA.
• Deploy workstation configurations via SCCM/Intune to L3 design; manage BitLocker recovery and Defender health.
• Maintain CMDB & inventory; generate SCCM/Intune status reports.
• Enable EUFS and other providers for domain join and remote installations.
• Run and adapt existing PowerShell scripts for routine tasks.
