Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain in Nashville, TN, delivering caring spiritual support to employees and their families across client sites. Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting
• Active listening and effective communication with clients, employees and families
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian lifestyle and to ministry values
• Diplomacy, patience and courtesy with diverse groups; strong customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication; emotional stability to cope with suffering and emergencies
• Analytical skills to define problems and follow up on objectives
• Computer proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provides spiritual ministry and visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to build relationships of trust
• Assists with confidential pastoral discussions for family and personal issues
• Provides referral services and coordinates specialized assistance
• May participate in planning or attending funerals and provide post-termination care
• Represents the organization in employee notifications of death or serious injuries
• Supports onboarding and employee care services as part of the Chaplain Team
