Qualifications

• Strong listening, presentation, and counseling/communication skills.
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian values and scripture knowledge.
• Professional diplomacy and customer service with diverse groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document accurately.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems; interpret policies.
• Must have active state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interact with companies, employees, and community with integrity.
• Visit worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and resources.
• Plan or attend funerals and assist in grief support.
• Provide post-termination care and transitions.
• Support spiritual enrichment activities and distribute materials.
• Represent ministry to clients and coordinate with executives.
