Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking Chaplains to serve employees and their families across client worksites. You will visit sites weekly, provide spiritual support, and coordinate resources to assist with personal challenges in a professional, compassionate manner.

The role emphasizes interfaith sensitivity, Christian ministry, and at-work compassion. Remote field work is supported by client sites, with flexible hours based on chaplain availability and client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary, interfaith group.

• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diplomacy and courtesy with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community with character and integrity.
• Makes regular visits to worksites to interact with employees and build relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for issues affecting employees and their families.
• Offers post-termination care to ease transitions for impacted employees.
