Job summary

Velera is seeking a Consulting Operations Analyst to administer Adobe Workfront and drive automation across consulting services. You will configure Workfront, manage integrations with Salesforce via Fusion, and design automation to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will partner with leaders to gather requirements, build dashboards, and provide user training while guiding change management and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience administering and supporting business systems, workflow platforms, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience administering Adobe Workfront in a business environment is required.
• Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Experience training end users and managing change effectively.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, including configuration, governance, and user administration.
• Build integrations between Workfront and Salesforce using Fusion and related tooling.
• Design and maintain workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Document business rules, procedures, and process handoffs.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to show project delivery and resource utilization.
• Lead change management for new processes and system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to maximize adoption.
