Tech Mirrors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows, integrating Workfront with enterprise apps.

You will optimize processes across AEM, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, and other systems, deliver scalable solutions, and provide guidance and training to stakeholders while ensuring security and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Experience building automation workflows and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks.
• Familiarity with enterprise apps like AEM, Salesforce, Jira, and SAP.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations.
• Configure and administer Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, workflows, templates, approval processes, and reports.
• Integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, REST services, and Fusion connectors.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define integration requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Provide user training, support, and guidance on Workfront and Fusion capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and organizational standards.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend continuous improvements.
