Job summary

Bounteous, a global AI Services firm, is seeking an Associate Director to lead Adobe Workfront strategy and implementations for diverse clients. This remote, full-time role focuses on configuring Workfront solutions, building dashboards, and automating processes to drive operational efficiency.

You will guide cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and deliver training while ensuring project success and alignment between business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Workfront design and system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
• Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop and implement automation for workflow optimization.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving configuration issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a talent for driving user adoption through effective training and support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Workfront solutions tailored to client needs.
• Configure dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows to optimize client operations.
• Create architecture and configuration documentation for client design documents.
• Implement automation rules within Fusion to streamline processes.
• Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify requirements.
• Identify enhancements and new functionalities for client instances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure performance.
• Provide training and promote effective usage of Workfront solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams for alignment.
• Provide ongoing technical support within the product scope.
