Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Workfront Consultant to guide clients in maximizing Adobe Workfront value through architecture guidance, integrations, and best practices. This role requires deep Workfront and Fusion knowledge, plus strong project-management and consulting skills.

The position is remote in the United States, with responsibilities spanning strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workfront solutions across client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing Workfront implementation experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise systems (Jira, Salesforce, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong consulting, facilitation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized authority in Adobe Workfront solutions and technologies.
• Gather client objectives, requirements, goals, and challenges.
• Educate clients on Workfront best practices and industry methodologies.
• Evaluate solution designs and Workfront configurations for accuracy and alignment.
• Lead enterprise Workfront implementations including workflow design and configuration.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations.
