Job summary

Decca Consulting seeks a seasoned Workfront Fusion Developer & Integration Consultant to act as the technical engine of our MarTech roadmap. The role emphasizes building robust Fusion integrations, connecting Adobe Express, Firefly, and Journey Optimizer, and automating data flows across campaign lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Marketing Managers and Creative leads, author technical documentation, and drive architectural alignment with partner vendors on an enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building Fusion integration scenarios.
• Deep knowledge of the Workfront object model, forms, templates, queues, and reporting.
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data handling, mapping, and transformation in Fusion.
• OAuth 2.0, API keys and basic auth authentication concepts.

Responsibilities

• Integration Development & MarTech Orchestration: design, build, test and deploy Fusion integrations across the campaign lifecycle.
• Connect Production Agents & Automation Tools: integrate Adobe Express, Firefly and other agents with Workfront via Fusion; connect to MCP/Adobe Journey Optimizer; link GenStudio to Workfront; automate Workfront-to-DAM and Workfront-to-JIRA pipelines.
• Workfront Automation: create custom rules, API calls, and webhooks to improve efficiency and speed reviews; support brand compliance workflows.
• Business Analysis & Technical Consulting: gather requirements with Marketing and Creative teams; document technical specs and diagrams; collaborate with external implementation partners on architecture.
• Problem-Solving: diagnose data-flow issues and API mismatches, debug complex integrations and ensure reliability.
