Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration or support.
• Experience working in a ticket-based support environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, including projects, tasks, and templates.
• Manage and triage incoming support requests within SLAs.
• Provide first-line support to users by troubleshooting issues.
