Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Product Manager of Workforce Solutions to lead Workday and related solutions across Talent Acquisition, internal staffing, and contingent labor. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and technology, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, outcome-driven workforce solutions.

As a key member of our Corporate Product Services team, you will own the product strategy, optimization, and delivery of processes and technical solutions that

Qualifications

• 5+ years partnering with stakeholders to deliver product or process solutions.
• Experience supporting recruiting, staffing/resource management, or contingent labor.
• Ability to map current-state and future-state workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements via interviews, workshops, and sessions.
• Translate workflows into system and product requirements.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for IT supporting Talent Acquisition and internal staffing.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into a roadmap and drive adoption.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with technical, reporting, integration, and security teams.
• Oversee optimization and issue resolution for system inquiries and defects.
• Evaluate Workday releases to identify new functionality for recruiting and workforce.
• Research solutions via Workday Community and influence product direction.
• Champion continuous improvement of talent and workforce systems.
