Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in workforce operations, business analytics, or capacity planning.
• Experience scaling workforce models for globally distributed teams.
• Proven track record with BI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce KPIs and trends to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Use AI forecasting to preempt workload changes and refine staffing plans.
• Promote real-time performance improvements through alerts and trend analysis.
• Develop staffing blueprints grounded in workforce intelligence.
