Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related fields.
• Professional Experience: 2–3 years in workforce planning, remote scheduling, or WFM coordination.
• Proven history supporting globally dispersed teams.
• Competence in using planning tools and staffing models.

Responsabilités

• Workforce Planning: Analyze metrics to forecast staffing needs across time zones.
• Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Create and maintain schedules to meet global service standards.
