• Experience validating requirements with SMEs, HR, and leadership.
• Experience using learning platforms to build structured pathways.
• Experience with large civilian workforces or government environments.
• Understanding linkages among requirements, competencies, and learning objectives.
• Ability to translate gaps into measurable training objectives and recommendations.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
