ServiceRocket, a global tech-enabled services company with a Palo Alto base, seeks a Workforce & Financial Data Analyst to turn raw workforce data into actionable insights for executives. You will partner across business units to build dynamic models, benchmark compensation, monitor P&L variances, and deliver dashboards and executive-ready briefings.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of data analysis, workforce planning, FP&A, or compensation analytics.
• Advanced spreadsheet mastery with complex formulas, QUERY, and pivot tables.
• SQL knowledge to query and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with market benchmarking and internal pay equity analysis.
• Strong ability to present data visually to senior leadership.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).
• Detail-oriented with adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex workforce data models in spreadsheets.
• Perform internal equity analysis and market benchmarking for compensation.
• Track P&L budget vs. expense variances across units.
• Create, automate, and refine dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Translate technical data into executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and business units on data projects.
