Job summary

You will monitor operations, resolve workflow issues, and provide technical guidance to project teams, with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting supply chain automation systems or related purchasing/logistics roles.
• Experience with web-based computing environments and basic web services.
• Ability to analyze project application requirements and implementation methods.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
• Experience with data processing operations and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Participate with project teams to determine automation requirements and objectives.
• Configure Supply Chain Systems software components and perform testing and support.
• Assist users with setup, training, and application usage.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Maintain user communities and share best practices across teams.
• Perform data quality checks and data imports as directed.
• Coordinate with Digital Supply Chain group to resolve issues.
