• Must validate data quality and support simple reporting.
• Experience with multiple fleet/asset systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Enablement & Training for field and operations users (in-person and virtual).
• Design and deliver hands-on, role-based training and create job aids.
• Coach users to adopt best practices and reduce reactive support.
• Develop SOPs to reinforce standard workflows and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot field hardware and diagnose connectivity and data issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Validate data, identify trends, and translate to actionable insights.
