Job summary

Miracorp is seeking a remote Workforce Planning Data Analyst to support the Department of Education’s Office of Human Resources. You will analyze workforce data, forecast trends, and deliver insights that enhance organizational strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience with federal HR data analysis, including advanced Excel and tools like Tableau and Power BI. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years analyzing federal HR data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data, trends, and staffing needs.
• Conduct workforce forecasting, modeling, and gap analyses.
• Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce analytics reports.
• Support Workforce Plans and workforce action initiatives.
