Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking a Workforce Analytics Consultant for a fully remote role. You will collect, analyze, and deliver workforce data, building dashboards with Power BI and Tableau to support leaders.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with HR analytics, and the ability to automate reports and pipelines while documenting data definitions for consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3 years of proven quantitative and qualitative research experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics.
• Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions.
• Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify KPIs and monitor productivity.
• Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems.
