Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a remote, 1099 workforce analytics consultant to deliver dashboards, retention analytics, and headcount planning for BH/HHS clients. You will translate complex workforce data into clear insights and support data-driven decisions across healthcare-related staffing and budgeting processes.

You will work with Excel/Tableau/Power BI, leveraging prior Workday/ADP/Visier/Greenhouse experience to deliver actionable analytics for clients and stakeholders across multiple

Qualifications

5–15 years of people analytics experience.
Healthcare or BH workforce analytics preferred.
Proficiency in Excel/Tableau/Power BI.
