Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Equivalent experience defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
• 3 years of proven quantitative and qualitative research experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and analyze workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics.
• Provide reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business decisions.
• Interpret data and create dashboards for management to identify KPIs and monitor productivity.
• Help organization understand the relationship between workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems.
