The State of Minnesota’s Department of Human Services, Office of Inspector General, seeks a Workforce Analyst to manage the OIG personnel inbox, position control, and workforce financial analysis. You will support HR processes, budgeting, and cost modeling for continuous improvement of the OIG’s programs and services.

Responsibilities include managing the personnel inbox, responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and providing HR guidance.

Qualificações

• Two (2) years monitoring personnel inbox responding to inquiries regarding position control, workforce budgets or workforce cost analysis.
• Associate degree in statistics, economics, or human resources and one (1) year monitoring personnel inbox responding to inquiries regarding position control, workforce budgets or workforce cost analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics or human resources.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary resource for OIG's centralized Personnel Inbox.
• Responds to inquiries from OIG directors, managers and supervisors relating to personnel transaction needs, organizational planning and position management.
• Provides procedural information and escalates inquiries that require Human Resources (HR) consultation.
• Maintains OIG's position control records and workflow tracking.
• Conducts workforce cost analysis and FTE modeling.
• Administers division-wide shared budget accounts.
• Supports the OIG Operations Manager and OIG Accounting Supervisor in maintaining workforce accountability and operational efficiency across OIG's programs and services.
