Job summary
Blue Ribbon Global Technologies seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer for a contract engagement with a Fortune 100 pharma/life sciences company. You will work directly with product teams to identify workflow friction and design automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that deliver measurable operational value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
- 5–8 years in engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, or related field.
- Experience delivering practical technical solutions with product/business teams.
- Hands-on API-based integrations and automation across enterprise platforms like Aha!, Jira, Atlassian suite.
Responsibilities
- Observe day-to-day operations to identify workflow friction and opportunities for automation.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and journey-mapping sessions using Miro.
- Translate challenges into buildable technical solutions with measurable value.
- Deliver solutions iteratively with product teams, not via centralized programs.
- Design, build, test, and maintain workflow automations and integrations across platforms.
