Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience and claims management preferred.
• Current license or certification in Workers' Compensation must be maintained during employment.
• Oregon certification and Washington self-insured credentials required.

Aufgaben

• Receives Workers' Compensation claims and confirms policy coverage.
• Determines validity and compensability of claims.
• Establishes reserves and authorizes payments within authority.
• Manages non-complex claims under close supervision.
• Communicates claim status with customers, claimants and clients.
• Adheres to guidelines and participates in reviews as needed.
• Assists others with more complex claims as necessary.
• Engages in additional projects and duties as assigned.
