Your responsibilities include analyzing claims, negotiating settlements, and communicating with claimants and clients while adhering to service standards and client requirements. A NY license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate Loss-Time Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and timelines.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients clearly and professionally.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to client directions promptly.
