Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Workers’ Compensation cases from intake to settlement.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys for updates and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.
• Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups.
• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate case records and update case management software.
• Support attorneys in hearings, depositions, and settlements.
