Confidential Employer in a remote-capable environment seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney to handle California cases. You will manage cases from start to finish, appearing in WCAB hearings, and negotiating settlements for employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Active California State Bar license in good standing.
1+ years of California workers' compensation experience.
Litigation experience in workers' compensation matters.
Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment; occasional California proceedings.

Responsibilities

Manage California workers' compensation cases from assignment through resolution.
Represent clients in WCAB hearings, depositions, and settlements.
Draft and review petitions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Negotiate settlements, liens, and other workers' compensation disputes.
Develop case strategies and communicate directly with clients.
Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining organized files and deadlines.
