Qualifications

• Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the California Bar.
• 2+ years of California workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and WCAB procedures.
• Excellent written, oral, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
• Workers’ Compensation Certified Specialist designation is a plus but not required.
