• Ability to attend occasional in‑person court appearances in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation defense cases from assignment to resolution.
• Represent employers and insurers in WC litigation.
• Prepare legal documents, conduct research, and develop case strategies.
• Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate with clients and provide practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to expand litigation skills.
