Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from the initial filing through final resolution.
• Represent employers, insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and TPAs in all phases of litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear before the WCAB for MSCs, lien conferences, hearings, and trials.
• Shape case strategy and advise clients on practical next steps.
• Negotiate and close out settlements efficiently.
• Keep clients in the loop with responsive, trustworthy communication.
• Work closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to deliver strong outcomes.
