Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workers' Compensation Team Lead in Reno, NV. You will supervise examiners and support staff, drive performance, and ensure timely resolutions on complex claims within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and staff for workers' compensation claims.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and direct claim adjudication.
• Lead team meetings and manage performance.
• Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation or litigation.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective resolution and maintain diaries on complex claims.
• May supervise up to 3 direct reports.
