Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation Claims Team Lead to adjudicate complex claims, supervise a small team, and drive client satisfaction. The role supports jurisdictions including CO and UT; hybrid work is available within commutable distance to Blue Ash, OH, with open remote options.

You will analyze general liability claims, manage litigation, coordinate vendor referrals, and mentor junior adjusters.

Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience required.
• Two years of claims supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex or technically difficult general liability claims.
• Manage litigation process to achieve timely resolutions.
• Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation or litigation.
• Lead team meetings and assign accountability.
• Mentor adjusters and support workload reviews.
• May supervise up to three direct reports.
