Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction: Must be licensed in California or Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate activity to claimants and clients.
• Coordinate with excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
