Sedgwick is actively seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Team Lead to supervise multiple examiner teams across jurisdictions. You will adjudicate complex claims, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with client service requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Supervisory experience not required.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: DE, IL, LA, MO, NJ, OK, TN, TX

Aufgaben

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff across jurisdictions.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Monitors workloads, trains colleagues and maintains claim activity diaries.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and those beyond examiner authority.
• Maintains client contact, promotes professional relationships, and documents claim status.
• Ensures licensing compliance for reports and proper documentation in files.
