Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• California workers' compensation jurisdictional knowledge is required (SIP) or must be obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate California workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients and carriers.
