Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to oversee claims activities and develop strong customer relations. The role begins remotely and will transition to a hybrid schedule as the Overland Park office opens.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of experience in management, along with knowledge of Workers’ Compensation insurance. We offer a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $120,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with government laws and regulations regarding claims.
• SIP certificate if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-range area plans and budgets with claim managers.
• Ensure effective team dynamics among claims staff and supervisors.
• Review and communicate the status of current claims.
