Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable to line of business.
• Five (5) years of workers' compensation claims management experience or equivalent.
• Subject matter expert in insurance principles, laws, recoveries offsets, and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex WC claims by investigating information to determine exposure.
• Manage claims through action plans to timely resolution and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Calculate reserves, manage litigation, and coordinate vendor referrals for investigation.
• Ensure proper claim documentation, state filings, and client communications.
