Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management or equivalent.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction: OR license preferred; WA/OR jurisdictions noted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits and exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
