Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of claims management experience, a home-state license for the Southeast, and a Bachelor's or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination required.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction: Home state license required; Southeast States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
