Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Consultant to manage a diverse Texas WC claims portfolio. You will handle moderate to high-complexity cases across multiple clients and industries, developing claim strategies and navigating some litigation exposure.

This full life-cycle WC adjuster role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and opportunities for advancement within a leading TPA. Remote reporting in Dallas supports flexible collaboration with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Texas Adjuster's License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust WC claims per standards and laws.
• Establish reserves or provide reserve recommendations.
• Review and approve medical, legal, and invoices for reasonableness and relation to claims.
• Negotiate disputed bills and settlements when appropriate.
• Coordinate with clients, claimants and vendors throughout the adjustment process.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and conferences as needed.
