Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant to manage a complex portfolio across multiple states. With 5+ years of hands-on WC claims experience you will drive investigations, strategy, and timely resolutions for a diverse client base from Maitland, FL in a hybrid environment.

You will work under established standards, supervise vendors, and collaborate with clients to deliver quality outcomes and measurable results in a fast-paced TPA setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Workers' Compensation claims experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adjuster’s license: FL, GA, NC, SC and WV.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust WC claims per standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations.
• Review and approve medical, legal, and vendor invoices for reasonableness.
• Authorize payments within authority and process payments.
• Negotiate settlements per standards and state laws.
• Coordinate with clients, claimants and vendors throughout the process.
• Assist in handling complex claims and provide training sessions as needed.
