The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in workers compensation, solid knowledge of relevant laws, and strong negotiation skills. Benefits begin on day one, with ample support and resources from the home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• License/state experience in the Southeast states.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with CEO's, claimants, providers, and attorneys.
• Maintain detailed case records and ensure regulatory compliance.
