Job summary

Modaxo is seeking a proactive Workday Technical Analyst to drive the technical development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the Workday platform across the organisation. You will own Workday projects, security architecture, reporting, and configuration to advance the product roadmap and enable seamless user experiences.

The role emphasizes end-to-end configuration of Advanced Compensation and Absence Management, security governance, and strong BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules, including Advanced Compensation and Absence Management.
• End-to-end configuration experience for Absence and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong expertise in Workday security model.
• Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards and calculated fields.
• Strong expertise in business process configuration.
• Strong expertise in release management.
• Integrations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday technical SME for HR, IT, and business teams.
• Support delivery of Workday product strategy aligned with priorities.
• Conduct system impact assessments, including acquisitions or new modules.
• Partner with functional teams to enhance adoption and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Configure and maintain security roles, domains, policies, and security controls.
• Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing.
• Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Configure Workday business processes across modules.
• Investigate and resolve system issues and configuration gaps.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and support training.
